Monique WoodardMonique Woodard is an entrepreneur and a total geek for consumers, commerce, and cities. Monique is the Executive Director of Black Founders – a national organization whose mission is to increase the number of successful black entrepreneurs in technology. She is a former Innovation Fellow for the City of San Francisco where she worked on the city’s innovation agenda, including open data and community broadband access. She has worked with cities to help them cultivate startup ecosystems and use technology to innovate workforce and other civic services.
