As part of the Digital Services team and formerly an Innovation Fellow at the Office of Civic Innovation, Ashley helped write the City’s first-ever Digital Service Strategy, co-founded the Civic Bridge program, and brought a modern, agile, user-centered approach to a new affordable housing application service.

In 2010 she was awarded a Coro Fellowship in Public Affairs and spent a year studying cross-sector policy issues in Northern California. She is a member of New Leaders Council, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and a founding member of Bay Area women’s leadership group Women Get It Done.
